Wow interludes, thanks for such insightful help. And here I thought the concept of a forum was to meet up with like minded peope and help each other out. I really didn't think asking if anyone else was having a similar issue was such a "lazy" thing ...and other, more helpful individuals, have confirmed they are having the same issue. It isn't like I am coming here with a post count of 2 and asking... your answer is the best: unhelpful, adds nothing, insulting, and ignorant - 'cause if you think "customer service" is going to have an answer you are clueless.
