I was wondering if anyone here had a dirt bike? I got into it this summer with my friends. And it was a blast. Now my dad wants to get into it with us.

We'd ride up up north in Hougton Lake, Michigan on some state land. Miles and miles of trails made for a great day.

I have a Yamaha TT-R250 in blue. Looks nice and is a nice starter bike. 250cc, 6 speed, and my favorite thing...the push button start. It wasn't that much either about 4500 bucks.

My friends got a Yamaha YZ450F. Its hella fast to, but he lays off when were on the trails. He also rides motocross at a track around here. So he's all into the sport.

Anyways any one else into it?

I've got a '98 Honda CR250. I ride a little bit, mostly sandpits and trails. I don't really ride as much as I'd like...but it's definitely a lot of fun.

I had a Honda XR75 when I was a kid (knocked my front teeth out on it, too, doing a jump), then I moved up to a Kawasaki 175. That Yahmmie 250 looks to be a nice bike.

I really enjoy riding dirt bikes; more fun that street bikes. I wish I had time and space to run one like I did when I was younger and lived out in the sticks.

I'd like to get into it. Looks like a lot of fun. I'd never take a cycle out on the streets, but on trails, in the woods, it'd be great.

I'll stay with my motorbike...it doesn't require pedelin

It's only a Super V 1000, retail was $2,500. I picked it up used with about 20 miles on it for $550.

You gotta love careless rich people who sell brand new stuff. :D
