This one is simple: change the game so it does not allow ABS, traction control, stability control, etc, for cars that did not have them in real life. On the other side of the scale, some new cars that have these safety features/driver aids, do not let you fully turn them off, so this too should be made realistic in-game.
I find it hilarious that in GT6 it's possible to have ABS and traction control on an old VW Beetle or Kombi or even the cool Mario Andretti racer!
