Disconnected.... :-(

Hey, I've been having problems with GT5 pretty much since i bought the game in december. Almost every time I join a room I get messages saying "disconnected" "incompatible" etc. can someone help me? Since i've had the game I've only raced online maybe 3 times. Is there something wrong with my connection or does these messages mean the hosts are kicking me out the rooms? (I doubt it could be that because it's unrealistic to get kicked everytime you enter a room). But yea, i need help on this please
 
Check Your NAT type...than enable all ports, eventually go to DMZ in your PS3 IP, and above all Hard wire Your PS3(i.e. don't use wireless)👍
