Discovery? or Ignorance?

I was browsing the legal credits for GT3 ( In Game, House) and I found..

"Shelby GT-350, Shelby GT-500, Shelby Cobra Coupe, Shelby Cobra 427 S/C And Shelby Series 1 are registered..."

What I'm asking, Is if anyone has seen this and tried to find the cars, to no avail, or if anyone else hasn't seen this, and might want to look for these cars?
 
I have seen this brought up before, and though it's not a guarantee, I'm 99% sure they aren't hidden in the game
 
They might have used the names in the game, like at some tracks or when the game gives you some background info of the company/car at the dealership. I'll check as well.....
