Disk Eject During Widget?

So, I had my console on and the widget running. I get a call from my wife and she says, "I was sitting here and the GT5 disk just ejected itself."
I know she wouldn't touch the console without me asking her to do so and she seemed really alarmed that the machine is ejecting disks.
When the disk was put back in, there were no error messages or anything.
Has anyone had this happen? What is going on here?

Do you have a BD remote controll..

Next to your TV/hi-fi remote controll.

Other wise nope never had that happen....

I have that remote...but not next to the other one...
There is a possibility of a cat or child depressing the "Eject" button...but I don't know...

Put it in when your home and take everything that can eject the disc and watch if it happens again.
