Displacement Up?!?!?!?

Does anyone know of a car that you can put the "Displacement up" mod in? Ive owned quite a few cars and i havent found one yet that you can do this too.

Skyline R34, R33 and R32 are all able to have their engine sizes increased.
Civic Type R also can be, and I think that Talentless is right about the Rover Mini.
