I really do not know which forum would be best to post this on, but I think it is here. I'm trying to figure out a restriction to prevent lap times underneath 3'30.000 at La Sarthe 2009 with an LMP1 class restriction, and I think I found out something decent (I do not go by PP because when I do a series, I usually ballast the people that are doing well in the series, similar to SUPER GT)

LMP1- 700hp 900kg
LMP2- 670hp 950kg
LMGTE Pro- 631hp 1150kg
LMGTE Am- 591hp 1200kg

I also thought about adding a Sports Car class at 700hp 1300kg, and/or a class with RUFs only with 453hp and 1250kg.

You would be allowed to use any LMP except Peugeot 905, Audi R10 TDI, Mercedez-Benz CLK LM, and Nissan R390 GT1 in the LMP1 class.
NON Class-C LMPs allowed for LMP2. ANY LMGT cars under 1151kg are allowed for LMGTE Pro, and everything else for LMGTE Am.

If you want to, test this restriction and post your times in the comment (please specify what car, tire and track you used). This will help me tweak the restrictions a little bit, and if I get enough times, and get times of my own, I might post a chart for what car are/aren't good.

One mre thing, I'm in an LM Endurance league with 858hp and 950kg for LMP, and I want to know if a 1'27.4 at Monza is good. (I used Soft Tires)

Well, forget this. Under 3'30.000 are actually regular with MOST LMPs @ 700hp and even 670hp and 950kg. That 1'27.4 was the fastest lap turned. I've had P1 for 6 races running but have never won. I've had a choke fest since April. Luckily Le Mans it's impossible for me to choke. I just got to take it easy. If you want to rant on how dumb I am, go ahead. However, if you can give me insight so stop choking on the races... please do so.
