For some reason welding was the only possibility I thought of, but that looks pretty solid. Now, with a driving position a little lower than that, I think it could turn out nice !
If you have other alternatives I'd like to see them as well. I've seen one made of PVC pipe (http://boardsus.playstation.com/pla...essage.id=50359&view=by_date_ascending&page=1), which was what I was originally going for.
