DLC 2nd download

I wanted to have a backup of the cars and more paint to use so I went to the store to pay for and download it again. Well it charged me for the "full pack" and everything acted like it was successful, but none of the content is anywhere to be found. It took my money just fine though. There is probably a thread somewhere warning me against this, but I haven't found it and being a bit impatient I decided to just do it figuring if it didn't work it wouldn't take my money--- :dunce: guess I should learn to be patient. I will try to contact support and get the money replaced, but I wanted to try and warn anyone who is wondering if it will work, (that's why I posted in Q&A even though it's not a question or an answer to a question asked). :)
 
You made sure to go dlc content on the main menu right?
 
No hes saying that, he wanted two sets of the dlc content so he bought it again but could never find the second set.

You could have just waited till december where you get to buy the cars
 
I got a second set of paints with no problem. It took my money and when I went the the DLC content on the main menu, it was available to download again. Then I had two lots of the paints. I bought the full dlc pack with the tracks/cars etc first time and then just the paints second time.
 
Hmm. That's lame. You can only have one set of cars and gears? I thought gears double up like paints. It's understandable about the tracks, but I would of waited until later this month for the cars. Buuuuut, like you said, you did it on accident. I would call Sony and tell them your situation and insist you get a refund for the pack, but you will pay for the paints you got and they should do that. But you can't let them say no.

No I don't think so..I have 3x of everything, except the DLC tracks..

To the O.P...Did you turn your PS3 off, then restart it..??

Hmm, did you get your stuff then rebuy it? Maybe he has yet to gather all his items first? I'm not sure, because I only bought the dlc once, and don't know how multiple use items would appear.

No ,I didn't re-buy it, I bought 3 by mistake, at once.:dunce:
It seems though that Sony would want sell as many as they can..So I would think it possible to re buy after uploading the first time..Shoot now you got thinking I need to buy it again..Just to find the answer :lol:
