DLC Error.

Ok guys, I have a problem that is a tad bit unique. I didn't forget to hit install in the GT5 menu either.

I purchased 3 things from the PS Store for GT5. One of them downloaded, and the other two did not.

How do I download stuff I already paid for if it wasn't done automatically?

Download history or download list in the PS3 store.

When you load up the store it will be right by redeem.

Go in there and search for what you bought and download it
 
Ok but, I never downloaded it, I ONLY paid for it. And when I go to the same DLC again it wants to charge me.
 
And you are certain that it charged you for the DLC?

If so, call their customer service line. Otherwise, you will be charged for it a second time.
 
Yes, When I go into transaction history it says I paid for it. And the correct dollar amount was taken out. No one knows how to fix this without calling customer service?
 
If the items are not in your Cart and not in the View Downloads list on The Playstation Store menu, then you really are looking at an issue with Sony which can only be resolved by calling them.

You could attempt restarting your PS3 and see if the items show up, but I doubt that will help.
