DLC messes with Gear?

Anyone else have any weirdness with gear you already owned after the DLC? I seem to have lost some helmets, but on the other hand, my racing suits are now doubled sort of. All the suits I have that show a "1" as quantity actually are 2. They go down to "0" when I trade them but remain and I can then trade them again.
 
Well its not my gear but some paints that I use dont seem to disappear. I was actually trying to get rid of a few chips by using them but I couldn't.

Maybe this is something they plan on fixing with tomorrows update.
 
When you get the gear pack it seems to give you an assortment of what is already able to be collected which in turn doesn't get added to those duplicates you already have. It makes for a real mess especially if you have all the gear.:grumpy:

Yes along with the DLC items, you get a random assortment of other non-DLC gears.
