DLC on all accounts

So the problem is that I have about £15 on my Primary account but I want to buy DLC for Uncharted 2 for all accounts. I have no funds on my other Accounts and I can't add funds. My question is if I buy on my Primary account, will I have the DLC on all other accounts too.

Not on the download list but you can use it.
