DLC Purchase

Hi all, so i go to the store and press on the GT5 DLC and it asks me for my billing info (its the first time since getting a new PS3 that i've bought anything).

So i enter it all and press save, then i hear a jingle to suggest i've bought the DLC but then i went over to the demos section to download The Run demo, after that i check my downloads on the XMB and there is no GT% DLC.

After that i go back to the store and once again press on the GT5 DLC and this time it gives me a notification stating "This content cannot be accessed through your account".

My question is, does the jingle mean ive paid for it??

Yes it does. It doesn't appear on you download list. You have to load GT5 and access it with the new red button.
