DLC Question

So I downloaded the November Speed pack today, then i was playing forza while waiting for it to download, when i realized it was done downloaded i decided to check out the aventador. Problem is when I click on the aventador or try to select/buy any of the other dlc cars it says that I must first download the november speed pack and asks if i want to go to the market place to download it. Anyone know if i have to like install or activate the dlc or something?

Downloads are halted during gameplay.

Exit out of FM4 and resume it.

theres nothing to resume it says ive already downloaded it

You need to let the whole pack download before you can go back to gameplay. This happened to me. I thought I could let it download in the background but that isn't possible. You just have to redownload it. It said you've downloaded it a first time but you really didn't. You downloaded the first few megabytes probably so the system thinks you downloaded the whole pack.
