DLC sneak peak?

So here's a fun fact: Go to community events and scroll through the future events. You will notice some events require future DLC, the first one is "Wisconsin Retrospective". If you look at what car is equipped whilst on this event you will see (Bentley) Speed 8, not yet in-game. This is reciprocated for "Wind Rider", in which you drive a Zonda Cinique Roadster.

The Cinque is part of the Modified (Pre Order/Digital) Car Pack, so its already available.
