DLC Speculation or Answers

So the three main questions I have seen on DLC are going unanswered. Can you race Spa online for sure? Can you reuse your purchased paint chips? Will any Karts be shifters? Kind of a big deal as I am on the fence for DLC and whether this offering has any value to me.
Anyone else find it funny how the Karts got separated from the Kart track?

1 Yes if the other guy bought it as well 2 not sure 3 no their in arcade mode arcade selection if you want to try them.

As helpful as your opinion was. It did not answer the question's, any of them.
Save your Mod hat for someone who cares or is buying what your selling.
It's a legitimate question with no answer anywhere on this forum or in the news or from Jordan, Who usually steps up and answers these in the comments in news feed if he has an answer. So I asked people if anyone knew or cared to speculate. It's a unique thread, if not that popular.

Still not convinced you will be able to race online, think thats an assumption, possibly true, but who knows for sure.

Think the other guy is right and we wont know until you buy it and try it.

Guess I will know when I start seeing Spa lobbies that its time to get Spa.
Or maybe it will be a Spa seasonal using one of the new race pack cars. Who knows?
 
I would bet that if we are paying for Spa it would be usuable online. Seems like a no brainer.
 
The karts are not shifters, they are available now in arcade mode.

Thanks. An answer. Sweet. Anyone confirm paint chips or online Spa? I know it seems like a no brainer, but I have seen it worded specifically a couple times that spa will be in GT practice mode and Arcade. But thats all it says. Is GT practice mode related to online? I dont think so, but I dont use it.

Expect the DLC tracks to be like COD multiplayer maps, you can only play on them if everybody in the lobby has the DLC. And on the paint chips, you can re-download DLC as much as you want, so in theory if you run out of chips, you should be able to just re-download the paint pack. But these are just my most logical guesses, none of us know yet. Let me know if this helps. 👍
 
Spa should be like course creater tracks, host has it so everyone can race it. DLC suits and karts being in game hints towards all DLC being included in Spec2 update so everyone can see everything if they have DLC or not.

If you could just enter a lobby and play on Spa for free PD would lose money. And the DLC suits aren't in the game, Spec 2.0 just brought a bunch of new suits with it, the DLC suits are supposed to be famous racecar driver's suits. (NASCAR, WRC, etc.)
