Do any premium cars show up in the used car lot?

I'm asking because I noticed when you're browsing the used cars, in the lower left corner of each cars listing there is a little box with an "S" in it. I assume this means standard? So why go through the trouble of listing that its standard, unless there are cars that aren't? Maybe used premiums are super rare? Anybody know for sure?
