Do borrowed cars never lose HP?

It'd be nice to avoid $1M total rebuilds on the X1 and FGT if I could simply borrow my friend's and never lose HP. If it works, I figure I'll rebuild the FGT and X1, break them in for maximum HP, then share them. As long as I have a friend that will do the same, we'd never have to worry about rebuilds again.

Anyone game for this experiment?
 
Borrowed cars dont loose HP and not add milleage... its a fact.
 
This is great no more miles for my cars:)

Or is it a loophole created by PD to encourage borrowing?
 
To encourage borrowing, I think.

Those clever sausages with two accounts might realise that this is a good chance to move their high-milers over to the other account and permanently 'borrow' them!

Only good for A and B Spec I dont think you can use the cars online.
