lucky me got it from the ticket 12 from professional series

I wouldn't say it was rare as you can buy it from the New Car Dealership whenever you want.

Also, I got my Black Mask GTR from a level 12 Ticket as well

Go check out the Marketplace sub-forum. Generally, the cars that people are asking for are rare.

Isn't there a standard r35 in the ucd? I have seen that before that could be rare.

Also to the op only used cars are considered rare because they are randomly available for purchase
