Do Malaysia/SG anniversary edition come with all 25 limited car?

As title, i am from malaysia
i was checking on the offical GT web tat show SG edition doesn't come with all the 25 limited edition car.
and i can't buy it from gamestop US since it didn't ship to my country.
any idea i can get all the 25 limited edition car?
