Mad catz 2 universal Steering Wheel..... bought that piece of crap 2 days ago & the shifter wont even shift anymore. Plus the force feedback is all hardcore & whips your hands too far when you try to countersteer. If there's one thing you shouldn't buy...this is it.

doesnt it have some kind of warranty?? i am planning to buy it on my bday but im getting discouraged.. so i will ask these questions please reply with a number out of 10

1. Sensitivity to movements (how much out of 10?)
2. Force Feedback Strength (how much out of 10?)
3. Vibration (yes or no?)
4. Shifter speed (how much out of 10?)
5. Durability (how much out of 10?)
6. Price (how much?)
7. Changeable Controls on wheel?

1. 3 (you can adjust the sensitivity...but it still sucks)

2. 10 (too strong, whips your hands back too far when counter steering...even when trying to drive straight)

3. 2 (very little)

4. 9 (when it worked...shifter stopped working 2 days after purchase)

5. ? (havent had it long enough, takin it back tomarrow)

6. $65.00

7. yes

I highly reccomend that you don't by this piece of trash....just spend a little extra cash & get the logitech driving force, thats what i'm doing.

PK, i woudln't do that!
Not the logitech...
If you save up even more, go up to the MOMOforce....
Mostly everything has a better feel to it..
Driving force is all plastic. While that has upsides, i would prefer a more metalic approach to driving...
Why would you drive with a plastic wheel anyway.. :odd:

Right don't get the logitech driving force, get the PC version "wing man" does everything the driving force is supposed to do with no bugs. I love the Wing man never had any problems and it will work with your PC.

MOMO is better but it's a bit more expensive.

Hey Hey Hey I bought the Mad Catz 2 uni wheel and its lasted me 6 months so far, and ive had no complaits yet.

You've just gotta have enough ****en brains to know how to tune it (hint: the little button's behind the wheel) and then its fine:irked: :irked: :irked:
