I doubt I am able to offer a comment to clarify this question further - do they?

I ran one of the Professional races last night and checked my percentage completed after winning - didn't appear to move.

Yeah I tryed this myself and it did not move vat_man! I guess it does not count it for some reason. I checked my percentage after a proffesional arcade race and my status of completion did not budge. I therefore think that it does not add to you completion percentage.
Am I wrong?

Good - it's not just me, then.

Maybe it's that way because it's genuinely hidden, unlike the 'generated' races from GT2 which you came across when you got the full licensing.

I had no idea there were hidden races until I stumbled across the 'cheat' (more of a hidden feature really) at Absolute Playstation. There's no mention of it in the manual.

Is there tyre wear in any of the other arcade races? I can't recall, it was a while ago.

PS - Nice avatar

About tire ware......no I do not recall any tire ware in the arcade mode. That is the point I think. In simulation you should have tire ware because well its sim mode but arcade its just fast paced racing no sim crap to hold ya up. Ya know what I mean?

PS-thanks i like the ozzy avatar too! Im gonna change it tomorrow though. :):D

Professional Series does not count toward your total.

There is no tire wear in Easy, Medium, and Hard.

If you win the Professional mode in Arcade do you automatically win Easy, Med & Hard??

Winning the Single Race in Arcade does add to your overall %

That I do not know, but winning Hard will give you credit for winning Easy and Medium in the overall percentage.
