do you have to adjust wheel options to be able to use g27 in gt5?

As we all know several wheels you are able to select options for in gt5 with the exception of the logitech g27. So my question is do you have to play around with any other wheel options (say the logitecg gt wheel) so the g27 works correctly?
Just asking.
 
Nope, it just works. In the "driving wheels" option you can change the FFB level, but besides that it'll really come down to what assists you turn off or on.

Have you gotten yours and plugged it in yet? Trust me, it all just kinda happens.
 
@gunstar... No still waiting. My G27 is in texas on it way to cali (should be getting it in 2 days), but I still won't open it until I have the wheelstand pro which should be here in about 2 weeks. I want the full experience right of the bat! :)

Forget that noise. Open that thing up and slap it onto a table or something. Then you have some time to get used to it before your wheelstand shows up.

Did you order directly from Logitech? Was the shipping origin Texas or somewhere else?

I placed my order on Monday and nothing yet. Hate waiting...

Dwogs, I ordered sunday morning (with 20 percent off) through logitech when their site stated tHat they have them in stock. On Monday I got an email from logitech that my item was shipped, however it wasn't until yesterday that I got an email from ups stating that my item was shipped. Not sure where it comes from but its the east coast.

When u ordered did the site have them in stock??? I've heard horror stories of people waiting weeks! I don't know but I may have gotten lucky.
 
I ordered on Monday and they said they only had 10 in stock. On Tuesday they were out of stock, but then on Wednesday they were back in stock with over 1000 units.

I think you did get lucky, but it sounds like they now have plenty and are just working through backorders.
