Do you name your tuning sheets after the tuner?

I like to do this for a couple reasons. One, to honor those who spend the time to tweak all these wonderful cars for us. Two, I typically make small adjustments to suit personal tastes or to wring out that last .02% of performance, so I always have a baseline I can call up if I screw anything up too terribly.

Example (typically I have FM info for Sarthe included as well, i.e. 3:3 = FM3 gets 3 laps):

MM is Morse Monkey, I use Myk for Mad Myke, Bab is for JRBabbit.

Yep, but I also add fuelmap and what rpm when to short shift for best fuelsave/performance to that specifik track :)
Because I cant possible remember all those settings in my head for so many cars

I’ll get more detailed as I diversify my track selection and adjust to a manual trans, good call.

If the:bowdown: tuner gives me useful info or suggestions will be cited in the tuning sheet..
These guys are one of the reason Gt exists ..

This is a good idea to have fuel map settings, at least for the big money races at 600, 700 and 800pp. I am good at using multiple sheets but should do more with them. One sheet for 700pp Le Mans transmission settings and one for other WTC 700 tracks would help.

Hey I'm glad I made the list . The fuel map idea is brilliant. It seems so obvious since it is an editable text field, but it never would have occurred to me. I do have sheets that say "Copy of: Praiano" and "Copy of: Exeter" and others.

Oregonians gotta’ stick together!

Your 86 and Veyron tunes are $$$

I just set up the Mark IV as I saw it on your page and didnt have a tune installed yet, will test soon. The 380RS is also on my ist, but I haven’t purchased it yet, I have sooooo many Nissan’s already.

Yes. Even though I only use parts of Praiano's suspensions, they are usually so well done that the rest of it (my part of the tune) falls apart without the 1/2 suspension setup I use of his. So it's just appropriate and it's handy for when I'm switching between his and my own creations when I do need to use his work (like on the Miura, Testarossa, and a few more of the really tricky ones)

I still dont get why we cant share tunes like liveries. I would never do liveries myself, but using others is great. I dont like tuning so 95% of my races i do stock because going online and adapting it to praiano or someone else manually is still to uncomfortable for me.

Kaz said it is by design. They could have done it but he wants people to mingle themeselves. I find that to be a very poor decission.

I do my own tuning, so that would be odd for me to do that. 😂
I usually put in the performance points for the tune, the tire it should use, and "slow" or "fast" depending on what size track it was tuned for.

When I was playing GT6 and would use a Priano tune for example, I always included the tuner name in the title so I knew what I was looking at.
