I dont know whats going on but lately I have been sleeping REALLY good. Staying asleep all night and waking up refreshed. I dont know whats going on but I really like it and I hope it stays that way. Just wondering how everyone else sleeps at night?

Strted a new drug lately?

You may just be more physically active. That will make you tired and thus wou will sleep better.

Anyone who can't sleep isn't tired enough. I sleep gooooood all the time. It usually takes me longest to get to sleep on Sunday night, but considering that's the shortest day of the week for me (late rise, early to bed), it makes sense.

i often wake up with my pillow on the floor, backwards, sideways, blanket on the floor, pillow on my feet, i'm all over the place while i'm asleep

I used to be like that too, along with sleepwalking. That is scary for my parents because there is a river right outside of our house. I outgrew it but now my sister is starting. :nervous:

My grammar hurts.

– Did you sleep good?

– No, I made a few mistakes.

With apologies to Steven Wright.

Usually no, but there are sometime when I do sleep good it's great. There are time where I'm exhausted and fall asleep at the computer so I go to bed and the minute I hit the bed I can't go to sleep.

There have been times where I woke up downstairs after falling asleep upstairs. I am often very tired and I pnbmbmmbmnnnnnnnbbbbnnn...

*face on keyboard*

Sleep? Never heard of that word before, is it something new, like an internet fad or something?

I am a really active sleeper, I have done some weird weird stuff in my sleep. I have been sleepwalking, but never too far I think. One of the funniest is probably when my Dad and I were sleeping in a bunk bed in a motel, and I climbed down off the top bunk, and curled up in a ball on the floor for five minutes, then climbed back up the ladder and slept on the top bunk for the rest of the night… random.

I used to be a very bad sleeper, I was up at 6 AM all the time but now, I almost never wake up before noon :D In the weekends that is. When getting up at 6 AM for school, I'm so tired that my parents say you could let a zombie walk around at that hour and you wouldn't notice the difference

I rarely sleep "good." No matter how many hours of sleep I get, I'm still tired, unless I use a Sunday to stay in bed until I develop a headache (about 14 hours).

On the other hand, I do seem to be getting "gooder" sleep lately.

I'm a terrible sleeper. Sometimes i think i've got acute insomnia. I go to bed at about 11pm, to get up at 7.15am to go to school, and some times i think i'd have been better off staying up all night.

I normally have a good night sleep. Only time that my sleep pattern is disrupted is when I'm stressed at work. Apart from that I get eight hours sleep every night.

me too!

i cant sleep for shizzle!

I never want to get out of bed to go to work, but if I have a day off and sleep in for an hour and do then proceed to do nothing all day then I get tired around lunch time. However, once I'm active at work, walking around and lifting etc etc then I'm all good.

I love sleeping though.

John will say the same...

I do sleep quite well. Now that I have been staying up a little later in the evenings, I do sleep a lot better at about ~8 hours. I cannot sleep over 10 hours like some people do no matter how tired I am, though.

good, well, same thing

i normally go to bed at 10pm, and get up at 7am

Sleeping 'good'?

Well, if that simply means sleeping is rather relaxing than staying awake I must be having some sleeping problems.

To be honest, I go to bed at around 9.30-10.30pm and it will usually take me till 12.00pm to get to sleep...:indiff:

i normally get to sleep at like 11-11:30pm, but on a hot Summer night, normally 1-2am

It was around +35 degrees today; I won't sleep too well, if at all...

Why can't our pool construction start sooner?

you getting a pool?

it was 37 down here, don't know how i'll sleep tonight, not near the hottest weather we get, but probably 12-1am

I usually sleep pretty well. However i often go through bouts of transient insomnia. I spoke to my doctor about my lack of sleep which happens between 3 to 5 times a year and he diagnosed it as Transient insomnia. I was getting 1 maybe 2 hours of sleep per night over the course of 1 to 2 weeks and, again according to my doctor, missing out on my stage 4 delta sleep. This is the sleep which really refreshes you and aids in the body healing itself quickest.

Its a very strange feeling because i personally didn't feel tired, I was less energetic and a bit moody but that was about as far as my attitude changed. This kind of sleep deprivation is usually caused by stress or anxiety which you are sometimes not even aware of.

My sleeping pattens this year have changed substantially too since i am a keen mountain bike rider and i haven't really done much riding this year. I guess my body got used to me wearing myself out most days from the riding and once i slowed down how much i rode i found it incredibly hard to sleep (ive really put on weight too!)

As far as every day sleep goes though Murphy's law comes back to bite me in the backside. During the week when i have to get up for work i could sleep through to 11am but come the weekend unless i been out of the beers i am always waking up at some ridiculously early time :grumpy:

Spec....

I've always sleept well, lucky i guess since my wife sleeps poorly to say the least :(

- Unfortunately in the past few months my body clock has become so attuned to the time that my alarm clock goes off that i now wake up at 7.50am at weekends too! 👎
