As the title states, Back in GT4 you had an option to put rims from other cars on your car.

IE: putting green takata NSX rims on a civic, or 350z nizmo rims on a Silvia, would you like this to return for the standard cars

What do you guys think, Would that help out the standard situation more?

Ask PD. We don't know anything they haven't told us.

Which is why im asking if any one would like it to return:tup:

YES! My Silvia is begging for R34 GT-R wheels!

Hell ya! CSL rims on an E92 M3 are a match made in heaven.

i think this would be good if there was a selection of 3 or 5 wheels each day.

We also need sizing options, or at least larger size wheels applied to vehicles when racing tyres are selected.

Offset could be adjustable in the form of a track setting in the customisable suspension

Instead of custom wheels on standard cars I'd rather they work on steering wheels if you catch my drift.

We still don't have wheels for standar cars, but glad you asked... yes !!!

Yes. I miss that function, a lot.

I've never changed rims in GT, and never will. It has nothing to do with racing or driving, so why bother...

Actually that's where your wrong, lighter wheels can drastically reduce the weight of your car, Thus better acceleration, better handling, Better all around, Not to mention it changes the cars personality altogether.

yea making your car lighter has no affect on racing... truly amazing

Does it actually make your car lighter in GT5? We're talking about a game after all, and if it has no effect in game then there's no point doing it.

In real life it's a whole another issue, but we're not talking about that.

In GT4, I used two sets of BBS rims to let me know at a glance if I have S1 or R1 tires equipped while selecting a car from my garage. Nothing was worse than entering a race with JGT500 cars on S1s. It's not just about aesthetics, as many would like you to believe. Although... there are some pretty craptastic hubcaps on some Standards that I could do without.
