I have tuned this car to MAX , i have checked everything , every single possible part is installed on the car but somehow i am still getting 1010hp and others have 1031hp. And yes i have changed the oil , engine does not need rebuild.

How can others get 1031hp?

If the engine doesn't need to be rebuilt, it likely hasn't been broken in completely. I just racked up 197.xx miles on a GT-R SpecV before rebuild was necessary. And a quick check of my ACR revealed 1031hp.

In someways, yes.

It won't need an engine rebuild at anything like 200 miles, just change the oil & you'll max out the engine. Engine rebuilds are unnecessary until a few thousand miles are clocked.
