Does AC have a Nose Camera View Mode?

I've been using a PS4 and GT7 for a couple of weeks now and thought I would buy AC as I heard it was slightly more realistic.

I prefer the nose camera view in GT7 but can't seem to find that option in AC. All I can find are views from inside the car (showing the steering wheel and windscreen) or one 20 feet or so above it.

Is a nose camera option actually available in AC and if it does how do I get to it?

If I recall correctly (PC player - not fired AC up on console in a while) if you pause in game you can adjust and save the camera position any place you want (this is also a better way to set the FOV). It will need to be done for every car, but it does allow you far more customisation.
