does anyone have a website with a tutorial for photoshopping cars?

i remember seeing in one of the photoshop competition threads a website attachment with a website containing a tutorial of how to photoshop a car with the example car being a Pug 206. anyone know which website it is?
 
how do i extract jpeg pics on to photoshop? and can i photoshop with adobe photoshop 6?
 
You learn Photoshop, then you apply what you learned to what you want to do. There are no tutorials for "chopping cars", only for basic Photoshop techniques.
 
you save the .jpg and then go to File > Open and open the .jpg?
 
I don't know what "extracting" a jpg is. What is "extracting"?
