Does anyone have an good graphics settings to use for FH3 on a 970M PC?

Hi - I'm not convinved the auto-detected/dymanic graphics settings for Forza Horzon 3 are making the best use of my PC's Nvidia 970M GPU (3Gb vRAM version) - yes it's a laptop computer, though I usually output the display to a 144Hz 24" BenQ monitor. I guess I would want to explore two different graphics set-ups:

1) 30 fps, but with generally High graphics
2) 60 fps (or more), with Medium graphics

I don't like vSync, if it can be avoided.

Does anyone have any recommended settings for this GPU, bear in mind it's a little less capable than the desktop GTX 970, though I can overclock it without overheating it by +135Mhz core and about +300Mhx memory?
 
I've found the dynamic settings to do a pretty good job. I'm running an i5, RX 480, 16GB RAM at 6032x1080 (triple-screen), and I get 60fps on Medium settings and ~45 fps on High.

If you don't like V-sync, just set the game to unlocked frame rate, increase pre-rendered frames to 3, and try the dynamic presets and see what performance you get.
