Does anybody know about some damn good trails in or around the city of Kelowna and what are there rules about bike helmets?

I'm a novice but i have a full suspension with disc brakes so i can go on some good runs if they got some. And does anyone have a good setup for the suspension for there?

No it's not my home town. Were going down there on the may long weekend. And my bike is a Ironhorse Mach 5 i will take some pics and post it in the other thread about bike pics though.
 
So only one gd person knows about bike trails here. Like wtf come on i know there are a bunch of you from bc that could tell me.
