Does anyone know how can we get "Special Outfits"?

For those who don't know - special outfits are the outfits used by real race drivers (Stig, Loeb, Vettel, Gordon etc).
How exactly do we win them? If they turn up to be DLC then I'm really going to bomb PD.

Maybe they could be limited or random. Patch has only been out for 24hrs. Give it time & someone will have an answer.

Is there proof that those outfits are in game?

If yes, then you can probably win them on random by doing all new events online, OR trade them.
There is no limit on trading them (sending), so that won't be a real problem for everybody to get.
