Go to Gallery, music, Menu music and play them all in that list until you find the one you liked.

I just edited that post, the song is not in gallery because the song plays in pre race menu.

Then check all of them. They're all there.

I looked last night for a song I liked in the pre-race menu as well, and they were all listed in that music bit.
