To the clubs sub forums? I can't seemed to find how to get back to my club page at all

Thanks but this is not quite what I was after. I used to be able to navigate to a sub forum for a group/club that I joined called MWCRC before the website was revamped. I can't seem to find that anymore and would like to connect with others that were in that group when we were playing GT 5
