Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question, but I'm looking for a quick answer on this. I just finished a Round 3 race of today's manufacturer's cup series and finished in 2nd place. However, as the game got to the screen where it shows your character celebrating and showing you your position/clean race/podium/etc, the game crashed on me at that screen. I'm just curious if this means my result from that race is gone now, or if results are locked in after crossing the finish line/race timer ending? Am I safe?
Does anyone know when GT7 officially records your race results for World Series events?

At the end of the race when the finishing order is shown, after the timer expires, the phrase “result confirmed” is shown. My understanding is that at this point the race result is “official”.
