Does Anyone Play PC Games On Their Mac?

I have a 13" MacBook Pro 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB 1067MHz DDR3.

Two questions:

1. Does anyone play PC games on this type of setup and have any recommendations for emulation, or whatever I'd need to play a game like F1 2011 on my Macbook?

2. Would I be able to get HD quality picture running my Mac into my HDTV?

MBP should have a mini HDMI out, so that isn't an issue.

And just use a boot management setup to run Windows on that thing. Problem solved, zero emulation required.
 
Would Wine work for that? I don't have a mac, but I think 7-Zip and Re-Volt work under wine.....
 
Thanks for the replies. Can you tell me more about boot management systems? Is that already built in?



Edit: I've been reading that the games perform worse on Mac's. Do my computers' specs seem good enough to run a PC game like F1 2011 in good quality?
