Does Best Buy get new releases on time?

The reason I ask is because my local Gamestop doesn't, they always get their games on Wednesday, the day after release.

I realized just now that Batman Begins on DVD comes out the same day as Shadow of the Colossus on PS2. So, since I'm going to be making the trip to Best Buy anyway, I should plan ahead and figure out which day to swing by there on my way home from work (since it's kind of out of the way).

So, simple question.. Does Best Buy usually get their new game releases on Tuesdays like they should?

Without a doubt, no. Sometimes, it'll be two weeks before they get a game title. Both for their online store and individual retail stores. Most games that are new, are often available on Thursday.
 
It's actually a moot point now, anyway.. I wanted the updated demo of SotC, so I reserved a copy at Gamestop. Unlike Best Buy, GS isn't out of the way when I'm coming home. :)
