i just got my b-spec to level 25 and unlocked endurance races. i know most races i can stick him in the x1 and let him just go, but does he know when he needs to pit stop by himself? i want to start him up on one before i go to work tonight, but i dont need him running out of gas and losing the race because i wasnt there to babysit him.

Bobs will pit automaticly when you use a ridiculously overpowered car and pit strategy means absolutely nothing.

When you use a competitive car, its better to micro-manage and work out a pit strategy.

well for bob i just want him to blow them all away and get it over with. i dont feel like baby sitting him for hours on end.

but for myself when i do endurance ill choose a competitive car so i dont fall asleep bored to death being 20 laps ahead. maybe for the 24hr race ill use the x1 but im not that high of a level yet.

Well you can always park for 21-22 laps then play catchup if you get really bored...

Also don't use the pit on xx% strength or you might get into a situation where all your "Bobs" are under strength and then they might pit every lap to change drivers. I tend to use only one driver even on the 24 hr races. No problem so far...

My problem with Bob is more that he doesn't know when NOT to pit stop.

He will happily pit stop on the penultimate lap of a race giving up the lead and loosing the race because that just happens to be his pre determined pit stop sequence even though he has easily enough tyres and fuel left to finish the race and win.
