Does everyone's GT by Citroën Concept feature black rims? (When they should be white)

This. I bought a Citroën GT Concept and you see the rims as light grey multi-spoke wheels.

But when I came to my garage, the thumbnail show the rims as black and it was so in GT Auto as well.

I'm just checking if everyone has this.
 
Yeah it's a known glitch. I prefer them in black since I made my GT Concept black to look more like a Batmobile.

Surely, as its gran turismos car, they can do whatever they want to that sort of minor visual elements. And i thought that different coloured rims came if you bought one in different colours? I know a red one has dark rims, but the pale cream ones had the white ones...
 
No, I meant that the "white rims" in the pic above turns completely black when in a race.
And boredgunner explained that this occurred to everyone.
 
I don't know about everyone having that problem but I see it mentioned online quite often.
