Does Japanese gt5 have different tracks?.

on youtube of an x2010 doing 500kph on what looks like a japanese circular motorway type track, does their gt5 have different tracks or many other differences to the european version?.

oh right, thanks, he must have cut the video to make it look like he's going round in circles like an oval type track or something.
