Does Oil change still increase power?

In GT5 oil change increase the power of cars even if they're new and never used. That's pretty unrealistic in my opinion since I don't know any Oil IRL that increase horsepower from nothing. So my question is, does oil change still increase power in GT6?
I ask that because I like to keep my road cars stock and keep them as near aspossible to their IRL counterpart.
