I had received this link in an email and it's about a car wash product that is from the US which claims to waterless carwash product that contains no silicone etc.

DRI WASH 'n GUARD® Waterless Carwash is a combination carwash, polish, and protective glaze which can be applied directly to any dirty surface on a car without the use of water. It contains no waxes, Silicone or Teflon, nor is it simply a polish.

Any thoughts?

Um, does it really matter? If we all were to agree that it's legitimate, would you necessarily buy it? I get email for cheap software all the time – I don't care if it's real stuff or not, I just flag it and send it to the trash.

No, I'm just intrigued if it would really work.

I mean, how would it be possible to wash with just this substance and no water at all to lubricate the surface of the vehicle. Wouldn't it leave those ****ty swirl marks on your panels?

Bah, opened another can of worms.

I have this stuff!!!!!! Yes it works on a dirty car
Yes, it leaves those tiny swirl marks. But, if you wash your car with water. Then apply this stuff it works great. If you use it weekly and dust your car often, you can maintain your car with no water. But, as for using it on a really dirty car I wouldn't do it. I used to detail with this stuff and made pretty good money. But, if you don't get most of that loose dirt off it will scratch.

Here's some cars I've used it on.

Right. Well, either way I'd take the camaro over either mustang in a flash. Even if it was just a v6 auto coupe :D

Yeah, kinda wish I still had that V6. Yeah, it was slow and 10 years old. But it was like new!
