Just how stupid can Dorna's plans get? Seriously if Dorna want to break the hold of spainards and italians in the premier class the better thing to do is for them to push the factory teams to recruit from the national championships e.g. AMA, BSB, MFJ Superbike, etc. as oppose to relying on the Moto2/3 classes for potential premier class recruits.
Look at Crutchlow Hayden and Spies, proven talent that came from non-motogp championships...these guys show that potential premier class talent exist outside of the system. With that in mind putting a cap on nationalities in the premier class is just stupid and overall diminishes the existing talent pool.
