I have seen for many forums saying that when you reach level 40 in b-spec mode is automatically receives the redbull x1.
Is that true?

If I understand your question correctly, then yes, the Red Bull X1 awarded at B-Spec L35 is the same as the Red Bull X1 won as Bronze Prize in the Vettel Special Challenge.

When you reach lvl 35 in B-Spec, you automatically get a Red Bull X 2010 S.Vettel, the same than the one you earn by winning Vettel challenge in bronze.

You can win 4 X2010 by playing the game:

All Bronze: Gran Turismo Red Bull X2010 S. Vettel (Red Bull)
All Silver: Gran Turismo Red Bull X2010 (Random Color)
All Gold: Gran Turismo Red Bull X2010 Prototype (Carbon)
Level 35 B-Spec Gran Turismo Red Bull X2010 S. Vettel (Red Bull)

You can buy any color X 2010 in the NCD when you reach level 40

There is also a prototype X 2011 as a DLC and there was a prototype X 2010 as a gift when Vettel won the championship in 2011.

IMO, if you enjoy the game, all of the dlc packs are worth it.
