Download Cars?

Does anyone know if there are any plans in the making which would allow us to download cars and so on?

I could see that as being a feature with GT4 maybe, incorporating the use of the PS2 hard drive and network connection.

np.  I think the hard drive could be used for alot of kewl stuff.  New cars, tracks, mods, unlimited size of your garage :-D

and the list could go on...

Yeah, the Gran Turismo Network.  As of right now, they're considering it as a possible upgrade to GT3 later on once they release the hard drive/ethernet adapter.  But, knowing Sony, GTN/4 will be a completely new game.

Oh thanks for the info. Personally i think that sounds a lot better as just an add on to GT3, that way they can concentrate fully on GT4 when the time comes.
