How can I download the update and install on my PS3?

Welcome

Without any internet, you'll have to email PD and get them to email you the printout version of the download.
From there you'll need to find the dos mode inside the PS3 and type it in manually. Should only take you 2 years if you have a keyboard, 8-12 if not.

You can download game updates with your PC and install them via your USB, but it can be a long process. Forgot the website that has a tutorial...

If you're on the phone, you can't.

You could take your PS3 somewhere that has internet. I don't think you can install game patches off a usb, only system updates.

for system firmware you can, but game updates you can't.
