Can you download cars for GT5P from the Online PS3 thing? Isn't there an R32 Skyline in GT5P? I'm sure I've seen one in screen shots. Or was that just for the GT HD? I remember driving an R32 GT-R in GT HD at JB Hi-Fi ages ago before GT5P game out.

Downloadable content is not available in Gt5p, except for the Spec updates and GTtv. As for that car I am not sure, somebody will know though. On another note I hope Downloadable content isn't intoduced( unless it is free ), as developers are now taking things out of games on purpose to charge for them later, meaning you either get half a game or pay double.

The R32 Skyline GT-R was in GTHD only, we will see the R32 again in full GT5.

R33 Skyline GTR was shown off in pre-GT5P screenies but never made it to release GT5P.
 
i agree with ash32

but i don't think PD will because dlc is mostly used by money hungry companies like ea who make average games every year that sell well and they thry to capitalise on this

PD make awesome games once every 3-5 years or so and they sell insanely well as has been shown recently when the francise sales hit 50 million
 
If they start releasing car packs I hope they release a subscription feature so i only have to pay once.

Great idea, never though of that before now. In FM2 I paid for 2 car packs, together totalling around $10. They may have released three, so I could have spent another $5. A $10 suscription would work well. The problem with GT is its out for so long before another one arrives, the fee would have to be $20 or higher.

It is not that I am against being charged for extra content, months down the line, it is being charged to unlock things already on the disk or things that should have been on the disk but were taken off, to sell on the store.

Edit:- But like all good ideas, there are always some who abuse it or take advantage. I hope PD don't go down this road with GT5.
 
i'm so tired of waiting I would really pay for updates and downloadable car packs/tracks. I just NEED them so badly
 
i don't think they will as this was the idea behind gthd and also one of the reasons they cancelled it. wasn't it?
