Downloadbale cars for san andreas?

I was considering buying gta vice city for pc, because i have seen many downloads for cars, from places like this site.
But, i discovered that san andreas which i love even more than vice city, could be bought on pc too. But, before i spend my cash on vice city because of it's huge ammount of downloadble cars. But, i was wondering if there are any downloadable cars for san andreas. If there are, i'll get san andreas.

If anyone can help me, i'd much appreciate it.

There aren't many at the moment but within a month or two there'll be alot of cars to download. The game is very new on PC, save your dough for a month or so and get it then when it's cheaper and there are more mods out there.

Thanks, i've had anoth look around, and all i can find is some skin for a monster truck. I think i'll leave it for the time being. :)

I'll try and find the site that created this new Island mod for VC. Changed everything and added a lot of things.

I'll check and see if they got something for SA.

It really is an amazing mod.
Also, check out the first Stickied topic on San Andreas. They are working on the Island mod for San Andreas.
 
Does the myriad island thing replace the whole of vice city? or does it add an extra island?
 
I think it replaces the city itself.

I'm still reading into the SA conversion (I know GTP would be excitied) and it seems some are doing conversions, some are talking, and the rest are waiting for the green light.
 
Damn. I'm considering buying vice city for the reason that there are thousands of cars out there for it. I've only found a couple or san andreas so far.
 
Don't go out and get it yet. Just wait a month or so. Bunch of guys around GTAForums are working in cars for SA.

Its not as easy as VC. Alot of files are different and need different converting.
 
They had this type of stuff for NFS Road Challenge and that was the first time i ever saw anything like that before but this GTA thing would be Amazing. Im really tempted to buy VC on PC now.....

Guys i got GTA Vice City now on PC. Could anyone show me sites like the one above where i can download stuff like cars. I dont want to search myself because i dont know which sites are safe etc...
 
I don't know which ones are safe exactly, but the one in my first post looked pretty good car wise. I spent hours searching to find that one.
 
I've had a look around some shops, and i've found vice city on pc for £12.99 in Game. So, i'll probably get that, due to the number of cars you can download.

Slickrick: Have you found any other decent sites?

Thanks for that. Ill try and have a look too. The MP3 player on the radio is a nice feature but im still not happy with the game because i dont think it runs from the graphics card and the gameplay isnt very smooth especially when theres an explosion. :grumpy: :grumpy: :grumpy:
 
I just bought it too. I'm trying to get used to the weird way you move left to right.

... You mean strafing? Every FPS is like that nowadays. It's just like a FPS, only in 3rd person.

Yea, i've noticed that, i'm just not used to it in vice city


Btw, just ownloaded and installed the mod, and it is awesome! I reccommend it, will post pictures soon:)

Told you it was awesome! I've also just discovered that the baggage carrier has been replaced by a williams f1 car, and it goes like s***!!!!!!

Well, you need winRAR to extract te file. Download that, and then it should work

And also ive got a problem with the game:


That happens every so often and ive found out that if you turn the frame limiter off and then back on it goes back to normal only then the same thing happens somewhere else and i have to swich the frame limiter off and on again :indiff:

My friend did it for me. Im sure its not my imagination but i think the games getting worse :indiff:
Im not enjoying GTA VC at all at the moment.
