Drag Racing for GT5?

I know i'm not alone but I would liek to see drag racing in GT5, other wise yourr cars are based on its top speed and its reiability. But drag racing would be acceleration, even though GT4 depends on that to. It would also add another 2 player mode, and if think about drag racing it would add a lot more cars (proffesional drag racer cars)

please add what you think GT5 would be like if it would have drag racing.

please add if you think it will have drag racing.

please tell me if this thread or somthing like this is already been made, cause i couldn't find anything.
 
draggin is whats been missing from gt series since the 1st one, theres no reason they cant do it either.
 
Theres no need for drag racing in GT5.... It is it's own category of racing and needs it's own game. If GT5 incorporated drag racing I think it would be half assed because of the attention it will demand to make it worth being put into the game. Even the 400m Las Vegas strip is kinda pointless except for 1/4mi refference... There are too many things to add to make that part of GT5 successful like the rest of the game. I say leave it out, there are other games out there for drag racing enthusiests Like IHRA Drag Racing, NFSU, Midnight Club, etc...

Good point StangKiller but i think it would be a nice addition, just to make the game longer so people don't run threw the game in a week but it will have a few more cars and tracks, cups. i even have a name for one of the cups. Sunday Drag. :sly:

We don't need drag racing, but we want it. The drag racing probably won't be as good as a game entirely devoted to it, but it will be very fun, and add a lot more replay value to the game. And drag racing belongs in GT4 as much as a dragging game.

Drag racing was supposed to be in GT4, but they took it out. I'll betchya that drag racing will be in GT5. I'm 100% confident about that. If this doesn't happen, I'll crap a whale (it'll hurt, though :ouch: ).
 
I hope your wright and LOL! that will hurt. O and before GT5, you better buy some pain relivers! 💡
